Do you change returned products? 

Unfortunately we don’t offer exchanges, but products can be returned free of charge for a full refund within 14 daysof your order being received. Keep in mind, that items must not be used or washed and product tags must also be included. You can find more information about returns here.

Can I change my order once it's confirmed?

Sorry, but you can't change your order once it’s been paid for. If you’d like to add a product, place aseparate orderor if you’d like to discard a product or otherwise alter an order, please wait for it to arrive first and then return any unwanted products and place a new order if necessary. Hats and sizes - How can I be sure?

Most Breden's products are double-sized, therefore it’s much easier to nail the right size compared to other brands. However, you should always choose a hat according to your child’s (or your own) head circumference, not according to an existing hat or your child’s age because different brands may have different systems. To make it easier, see our size guide.

When will you launch the next collection?

Does Breden have any distributors or a store?

Breden does not have its own physical store yet but we do have a few good partners such as Rademar Sport and Tallinna Kaubamaja and Tartu Kaubamaja which are leading retailers in our country (Estonia). But in terms of „world domination“ we rely on our e-shop to do the heavy lifting, but if you are interested in becoming a distributor of our products in your region, don't hesitate to contact us

How fast will my returned parcel reach you?

It fully depends on where you are. It may take less than a week if you’re located in a country near Estonia such as Finland, Sweden or Latvia, but if that’s not the case then we can’t really estimate any timeframes. What we do know is that our partners (DPD and Itella Smartpost couriers) work super hard and fast and it really shouldn’t take too long. Once your parcel has reached us, it will take up to 7 business days to process and complete your refund.

Can I buy a virtual gift card?

Yes, we do have virtual gift cards in PDF format. What we don’t have, are actual physical gift cards printed on paper because we really don’t like taking down trees…

How soon can I expect my package to arrive?

If you complete your purchase before 1 PM on a business day, your order will be processed and shipped within the same day. After that it will fully depend on the courier (DPD or Itella Smartpost) and your location.
