DELIVERY

Packages are generally dispatched on the day of purchase if it's made on weekdays before 13.00 UTC +2. Orders are not shipped during weekend and national holidays.

Our delivery partners are DPD in most European countries and Itella in Estonia and Finland. Returns are free of charge. 

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Returns

Every now and then this happens. You chose the perfect product, paid for it, waited for its arrival and turned out it was not exactly what you were hoping for. Don't worry, all is well!

MY BREDEN'S RETURN POLICY
  • Returns are free of charge!
  • Since we do not exchange products it's actually much quicker and easier to make a new purchase and just return the previous.
  • You have 14 days to return your product.
  • All returned items must be clean, unworn and with labels still attached.
  • Refunds will be issued approximately 3 days after the returned package has reached us, which may take up to 14 business days.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
  • The order was delivered via DPD parcel locker to Estonia,Latvia and Lithuania - you will receive a separate SMS within 24 hours after collecting your order with a return code. Ensure you use the packaging from the original order and follow the parcel locker instructions after entering the return code. Please make sure you remove the original label from the packaging or cover it with the new return label that the DPD parcel terminal will print out for you.
  • The order was delivered via DPD parcel locker to Finland - to receive your return label, please register your parcel number HERE and follow the instructions provided for Pickup Shop return. Ensure you use the packaging from the original order.
  • The order was delivered via DPD courier or DPD parcel locker - Contact info@mybreden.com and we will send you the return label. Ensure you use the packaging from the original order and attach the return label provided. Return the order to the nearest DPD parcel locker and scan the barcode for the return. Follow the instructions provided by the parcel locker.
  • The order was delivered via Itella parcel locker to Estonia -
    a. If your order was delivered to a blue Itella parcel locker, you can return it by using the same delivery code you used to claim it. You can use any blue Itella locker.
    If you wish to return your package by using a white Itella parcel locker instead, you have to first register your return at my.smartpost.ee by using to the order number (barcode).
    b. If your order was delivered to a white Itella parcel locker or a pick-up point, you have to register your return at my.smartpost.ee by choosing “Return”, then entering the order number (barcode) and finally selecting the parcel locker you wish to use.
  • The order was delivered via Itella parcel locker to Finland -
    If you wish to return your Breden products, follow the link and select “Return with original item ID”, then enter the package code you received earlier, select your desired package size and choose the method of mailing the package either via a Posti parcel machine or your local post office.
    In order to return the package via the parcel machine, enter the name of your city or your zip code. When you find a suitable parcel machine, confirm your choice and follow further instructions.
    If you want to return the package via your nearest post office, select “Or return to a Posti outlet” and enter the name of the city or zip code, after which a list of available post offices will be displayed. It is not necessary to register in advance to take a package to the post office.
